if any one have legal case or banks outstanding there is no chances to cancel his RP
Before RP cancellation the Immigration authoroties will check all ur files by online then only they will approve for cacellation.
But bank will chase u upto ur home country to recover the outstanding.
However, try to settle the outstanidng asap.
