No one has right to get NOC as default, depends on your tenure with the company, company has his own rights to decide about ur NOC, without NOC finding the job is meaningless, even the new company on the priliminary interview stage itself they will ask about the NOC availability. Speak to the company request for NOC if they commit the try to find out the job.
