I know Samsung has two models, i dont remember the model nos but they are known as "Duos" for dual sim dual standby phones, that is the only option from any famous name manufacturers, they are basic GSM phones only, no 3G. I was looking for this dual sim to use with my broadband sim so didnt buy it. There are a lot of Chinese phones with this feature, but no warranty and no idea about their performance. For samsung check in any mobile shop you may find them one is a sliding model (comparatively more expensive around 1200) and another is normal shape (around 1000) when i checked.
