Start looking for a job! check with diffrent companies for any vacancies, search in local papers, net website...ask some friends and friends of friends connection who knows some vacancies that would suits your qualifications.
Then if you're lucky enough to get one...ask for a "Job Offer", show it to your HR-manager of current employer to grant you NOC/Release, then give it to your new employer to process your papers and start with the proper procedures of transferring your sponsorship.
