Hi.There is no restrictions on Ukrainian nationality esp.for a married woman.For the visit visa just go to the airoport,there is office ,not sure about
no- objection letter from sponsor and salary sertificate.
She will need a residence visa to live here.(its not an expensive staff but you need some paper work from your company to be done).
