Hi! I think you dont need that because they didnt require it to me before i came here.

by the way im tourist visa when the time i came here sponsored by my husband.

ask the new requirements in JRS Express in philippines and they will process everything also..

my requiremnts before is xerox copy of
passport
visa and original print out from the site.
marriage contract and b cert of my kids (kasi kasama ko sila) thats they dont ask me for affidavit of support. although my husband have that.
