normally all companies give some warning period (could be a month) before termination the services of an employee (this depends on the contract agreement also). during this time company sende visa cancellation form to the employee for his/her signature. during this warning period an employee can settle his matters. once the visa is cancelled, you can't stay even a singl day.

If your service is more than one year with an employer, you can ask for a release (NOC) upon termination of service unless there are any criminal charges.
