But if your neighbour has children, they may take a nap, or even the adults in the family may take a nap, may take an afternoon siesta because of the heat and the sun. Lots of cultures have an afternoon siesta. Even some businesses in Qatar are closed for a long lunchtime.
If that's the culture of the Middle East, perhaps you're being inconsiderate by blasting your car horn and disturbing people.
Did it never occur to you that by interrupting people's peace and quiet and making a nuisance of your self in this way that you might be the one who is the wrong here, and not your neighbour who simply wants to enjoy their home in peace and quiet without nuisance neighbours being noisy and disruptive to the neighbourhood?
