cereals- rice, oats - cooked and pureed
veg like peas and beans - cleand and skinned - steam and puree
bananas - mashed
apple - steamed and pureed

pl introduce in small quantities

some experts recommend the four day rule - continue one food for four days to observe for allergies.

do not introduce more than one new food in one day.
introduce new foods only in the morn - so if baby has
allergic reaction - u can consult doctor quickly

if baby refuses a certain food continuosly give a break and try again after a month.
