I don't understand the reasoning behind your post. Are you expecting an employer to come along and say here have a good job? Or are you expecting other QL members to offer you a job or tell you about vacancies within their companies? Why would they?
If you need a good job then you need to tell prospective employers how good your skills and experience are, not tell them how your current job sucks, how you have two kids and how you and your husband have low earnings.
