I forgot to mention there is a new discount book offering buy 1 get 1 free meals etc. all over Doha, its great to use to explore Doha and get good meals etc at low cost, the booklet costs around 125QR but you can save that in your first week. I got mine in Megamart but can't remeber its name......
It even has the "Jocks and the Geordies - Sandwich cellar" the best place for Briitsh meals, but the golf club does the best hangover "all day breakfasts" - 29QR.... sweet.
