Go and accept BBC's offer, believe me you dont want to repent later of losing it. Like mbi said, visa should be ready w/in a month. If goes beyond that period then must be somethings wrong.
And btw, mbi. Hr never been lazy like you said, not even sometimes as far as I knew. They just got loads of works and they are NOT even to decide when is the visa be ready but the Ministry.
