if U hv qatari RP with a respectable profession mentioned on it, U dont need any visa to enter UAE. just take a photocopy (taken on ur company letter-head with co. stamp) of ur RP along & present it on the extreme left counter of the immigration center. U will hv to pay AED 100/- to get 30 days visa. don't forget to hv a nice time - LOL;-)
