I don't know what the situation is at AJE, but I think in your position now abouhashem, knowing that it may take 5-6 months to process the visa application, if I were in your situation, I would contact the person who interviewed me (not HR) and explain the situation to them. The person who interviewed you is the person who wanted to hire you, and if you explain to them your dilemma they may be able to find out what's happening and when you might expect to receive your visa (if at all).

Everyone else, I think it's just a matter of waiting, we don't have any decisions to make, but I think you really need to find out what's happening.
