I also really like having a change of season. My favourite time to go is Spring or Autumn. Most Qataris tend to go to the big cities, especially London, but I think it's great to go into the countryside and explore that side of the UK. Using public transport is fun as in trains, ferries, buses and London cabs!!! I find that cities are very heavily populated but the opposite is true in small villages in the countryside. I went to a soccer match last year - Chelsea v Manchester United. That was exciting even though I was a bit tucked away in a glass box. If it wasn't freezing cold I would have preferred to be in the open air to get more of the atmosphere. The UK is a great place to go and visit in my opinion. It's got something to offer to everyone.
