You go to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs near the American Hospital, and ask for an application form for visit visa...the requirements are listed on the back of the form..then go to the Souk waqif to have it typed in arabic..then after having all the requirements, submit the form to MOLSA and wait for a week for processing and if is approve, you can now get the visa..Good luck..
