what do u mean by installing music?? is it putting music for use with iphone as ipod , or is it for iphone ringing tones ??

if its unable to add the music for ur ipod part of the iphone (i.e. unable to synch. through itunes) then it needs to be breaked.. however thats not too hard also..

(since iphone is not operating officialy in qatar yet, then any iphone comes locked for sim card and also for other usage unless authenticated through internet bla bla...)

another case is that ur software installed on ur iphone having bugs or soomething and need to reinstall..
