Few people take the risk of complaining to labor dept., there was an establishment where sponsor was not paying overtime to his workers even during public holidays, the workers went to labor and complained but when the sponsor was called for questioning he just simply say "I don't know these labor law", but he lied coz he knew it. So, to make the story short he agree to pay his workers overtime, but later...he terminated them and banned for 2 years.
