In each society there have been criminals, bad people, killers, rapist, theieves etc. But on one can generalise it and say that they have done it so it is right thing to do. No, it is not true and it is not logical. Bad practice will remain bad even if the whole world start practicing that practice. And good practice will always remain good even if the whole world stop doing it. We can not judge a nation by its few corrupt members.
