Why don't you talk to them? It is perfectly within your right to do so, and tell them what you expect as an employee. I'm sure then if you are throwing the discussion onto the debating table, then they cannot refuse. U can take this further if you wish - there are organisations now in Qatar that can help you should you be diddled by employers.
