Working for the medical department of QP, I had 2 interviews, one was with the people who became my direct superiors who asked about the technical knowledge about the job I am applying for. And another interview was done at the Al Sadd Plaza HR office with the HR supervisors. Nothing technical in this second interview, only basic questions. I just don't know if interviews are conducted this way with the other departments of QP.
In any interview, just be confident (but don't overdo it), be relaxed and just answer the questions straight forward, no embellishments unless asked to elaborate.
