I don't think it is a good package given the fact that house rents have sky-rocketed over the last year and a half... however, if you don't mind staying in shared accomodation, which you'd pay something close to or maybe a li'l more than ur HRA, the rest should help you get thru the month and save up a bit too... depends how wisely you spend.

Try and negotiate a better deal if you can.
