I saw a show before about this electric shock you get from ur car before.
It happens somewhere in U.S i think, when the guy was filling up his tank with petrol he ignited because of the shock, they advise that before you get out of the car you have to rub ur hands together.
Red _pope ur right also about grab a piece of metal and rub it against ur hands....
