I don't know what to say, it is strange but happens to me every time i was trying to install new desktop. Whenever I come to pick it up it gives me a good shock and like ..woooow, you can hear it and everyone is like what happened? Nothing the desktop is kinda of angry getting out of the box that is it, ... never mind we will solve it.

Try before you go out of the car to touch any metal part inside the car to discharge yourself. It can be your shoes, or anything else.
