Both responses given thus far are accurate. Do check your contract content related to termination and/or ending a contract. If they do not have to given reason, then you are obligated to accept their formal decision which applies to the rules of the contract - i.e. payments, advance written notice etc....
Read your contract again and also duly advise if their is a "fishy" reason for the same. You need to have pretty good back up docs and data to warrant an unfair dismisal.
If you are hoping to move to another job in Qatar, do consider that rocking the boat formally (if you have the right to) will not see you receiving an NOC.
