A friend of mine had to make an appointment to see a consultant in one of the private evening clinics at HMC. We struggled for a whole week trying to get an appointment. Eventually he got one through a friend who knows the Dr personally (so the Dr could make an appointment for him!)
Apparently tea boys are also really helpful with these kind of things, I don’t know what else you can try.
