Hi again! Once more, no worries. There are plenty of hairdressers here who cater to expats. You will find whatever you want. The only thing I found prohibitive in terms of expense was artificial nails. I think they want something like $60 US for a fill and I won't pay that much every two weeks. There's a girl called nikired who is new on QL. She is coming from New York and is a hairdresser. You could pm her.
