there are agencies for that and they handle everything.u can have her wheather ur wife works or not.but my advice to u .make sure that you do the blood and other tests before she make any contact with the family they usually come with this from thier own countries but never trust that .u have to do it your self cause it takes sometimes officially.also when she starts u have to watch her carefully during working and dealing with kids.your wife should teach her your cleaning habbits espeially in the kitchen .olso take care of how she handles her personal cleaning.some of them lie about being singles with no kids then u discover they have kids and they want to get backto them. good luck
