Air Arabia do not provide hotel or any facilities, they are a budget airlines. Earlier once I had used them as I wanted to visit UAE for a day on way to India. When I checked with them at that time they told if the transit is more than 15hours airarabia with give you a free (upto)96 hour visa to UAE.
For that you will have to go to the 'transfer desk' in Shj airport and fill a form there. alternatively if you want you can take on-arrival visa in Shj, if you have that status, but for that you will have to pay for it, from my experience it is faster than waiting for Air Arabia visa, esp if you have some time bound work to do in UAE.
If you don't go out, the waiting in Airport is very tedious as the Shj airport is not so big or great to spend time.
