Hi again, it was first of all the dimensions problem. Now I come to know that it is something related to the website upload mechanism. It does not clear the binary values when you delete the old avatar and still there residing in the memory or the server cache. When i check the delete photo option and upload nothing is there, ... it will only delete the photo and you will see nothing there. If I upload a new one it is still showing the old photo. I hope that this problem is going to be solved soon.
