Hi!!I have thought of a contraption that you will find useful. Buy a life jacket. Do not inflate it with air. Instead fill it with dry ice. Then wear it when you go out in the sun. You may wear a normal jacket over it so that you don't look like a weirdo. Hope you like my idea.
