Toxoplasma is a parasite that is shedded with the cat's feces. Many women are allready immune to it, because you can come in contact with it if you had cats before, or even while gardening or eating vegetables that were contaminated(wind disseminates it from feces to surrounding vegetation).
If you have antibodies then no problem there is no risk for you to get it again. If you don't then you have to be careful, have a coproscopic exam done on your cat, and avoid contact with anything that could be soiled.
