hmm.. maybe he has some personal issues at home or some private issues with him self and thats why he has to maybe let out his stress on who ever is rite to take it on!

i would advice that you keep things quit untill this project is sucessfully done. if he still continue to act "crazzzy" then it schould be time to sit with him and ask whats the problem? hope you can have things solve in a calm way without any offence.

i can truely imagine that you are very upset at your boss and dont wanna care ,cuz you think you are doing your best to be a good employee, but yet he is not satisfied!

please note that the job of a boss is to be as hard as possible, inorder to be a good boss to his company!
