on the way to school ... around 7am down at the c ring road just before you turn left to al saad, there was a guy got run over by a pick up. Few people around it but no one doing anything. I can't stop the car because 4 lanes packed with the crowd and further more my husband always tell me to be careful because the law in the middle east if you help someone's and he is dying and he die when he/she under your care, you will be responsible for it??? Is that true?
And i wish the authority build more cross bridges around the city ... it is scarey try to cross the road here :-(
