I hate to say it, but the offer is not great. The housing is the stickling point and it will cost you a lot if you are paying it yourself. Plus getting around is mandatory and it sounds like you have not figured well for buying a car. It has to make sense for you to have some chance of saving money to come here.

You have to be realistic, why come to a foreign country if you are going into debt on the wage being paid? It is an adventure, but not a good one on those terms.
