Blackcat, i faced this same problem just a few days ago. There r several ways. First you could use Acrobat professional version to edit the file by writing on it what ever you want and save it. Another way is to use some converting software. These softwares converts PDF files to Word documents and you will be able to edit it, then. But the problem with these softwares are- it changes the fonts & converts tables borders into pictures putting it behind the text. So, to keep the documents alike the original file, you must have the font used in pdf file installed in your pc. You could find the eval version of these softwares over the net.
