hi jrdebug, sa mga nabasa ko lang dito sa ibang posts, u have 2be sure that everything is written in the offer sheet before you sign it, coz as they say, "this is the middle east" kaya usually daw ang mga contract lang na by word, hindi masyadong sinusunod. but as you said, it's qchem, so i don't know.. baka naman maganda ang reputation nila. pero its good din siguro to follow up sa kanila dahil sabi mo 3 weeks ago na yun. usually daw nasa one week lang mag ayos ng visa, etc. ang companies. what i suggest is wag ka muna mag resign sa work mo until you cleared up everything with qchem. tutal ndi pa naman yung contract ang napipirmahan mo.
