What I understand I wrote, this is very touchy subject and I don’t believe that I could be able to explain everything in brief and explany..bcz of short knowledge. I do agree on Dr. Israar Ahmad, I saw number of video's and listen audio cd's... I think this much of information is sufficient for Charmed to understand the basic things.. Apart from this if she is interested she can refer some good website's. May Allah forgive our sins..Aamin
