their initial offer is 9000 QR with company provided accomodation and company car. with yearly 30 days paid leave and airfare to and fro mumbai. They are offering to me the post of Chief Accountant.

4k , while i earn 8k ( but none of our companies provide us accomodation).. My sis is elder to me is earning 6k and she is also a secretary ( but she is single). My parents are in their 50's.

Please clarify whether the package is fine 9k and whether i am asking for less...what is the market value...
