KFC, Hardy's, ... you name it. Possibly MCDonald's is the one that maintains some stability in service level and food quality, and that is not 100% true always.
I've had numerous issues wiht KFC; extremely delayed deliveries (over 1 hour and the reason is that they have a lot of orders, as if that's an excuse), wrong orders, missing items in order, rude staff, etc. I spoke to the managers of both KFC and hardy's many times, it's useless.
They are all part of the Americana group, HQ'ed in Kuwait, and I believe they would be interested to hear about such service level. No decent holding company would risk losing a franchise because of careless staff (including outlet managers).
