the problem living in QP compound in Dukhan you will meet the same people over and over again. You meet them in coffee morning, see them again at school pick up, then in the evening meet the same people at the pool, next you see them in the house party.
thats was the comment we heard from people living in Dukhan.
Dukhan Boat club is great ... they doing huge refurbishment in there ... My husband just putting his application for the club last week.
However ... in my opinion ... i don't think i can live in Dukhan. The place too quiet and not much things to do there. You should have a look at the place first and see wether your wife can settle there???
Some family living in Doha and the husband commuting daily to Dukhan. At the moment they building big highway Doha - Dukhan all the way, when it is ready it should cutting down the travelling time.
