Qtel gives a Dynamic Public IP address for its ADSL Service... and you cannot get a static IP by paying extra .. to get a static IP address you need to Subscribe for a leased line.. But as long as your line is connected the IP remains the same.. and you can provide public services by port forwading and by dyndns .. You can get you Public IP address of line by logging in to your Modem by typing the gateway IP address in you browser... the "ipconfig" in you PC will only show the IP address that your PC got from the modem which is not the right one
