Hi May,

You have to prepare all necessary documents of your son which is justifying family relationship.
Then get company letter with subject Family Visa (son), filled the form (you can get and fill in typing services-old ghaneem area)
Get to Immigration office Airport,Wakra or Main office Madinat Khalifa.
Register completed documents and just wait for procedures to be done.

Note:you may get immigration office early morning to avoid terrible lines.
