Why I said Istikhara, the reason is there are some matters we think we know better but in fact we can't see the unforeseen circumstances. Allah SWT loves His people and He doesn't want His people to put in trouble. When you do istikhara it means you are asking for Allah's guidence. Now if that thing for which you are doing istikhara is good for you, all so called impossibles become possible. But if the job is not good for you down the road why to suffer at later stage, Allah SWT will make you stop there in US and it will much better for you and your family.
Why I don't foresee any issue in your case is you're moving to Qatar under same sponsor the only difference is the country. In such cases normally visas are not rejected. Just relax and pray and do your best. You'll get the job.
