I think it's better you keep it and just continue your treatment here.

I have made a huge blunder of having mine removed before I returned to Qatar thinking that no Ortho will continue the treatment.. I was wrong though.

So, when I go back for my holidays I'll probably get a fresh set of braces then continue treatment here.. it's mad expensive to get braces here btw.
