5 yrs ago the exchange was 1 pound to 5 qatari riyal ... not is over 7 riyal to the pound. So it is like 20 percents less pay for my husband.
Ras Laffan is far ... 90 kms one way ... pls consider your travelling time when y ou go to work. But if you come to Qatar with family and living in Ras Laffan it would be a total boredom for your wife ... nothing in Ras Laffan, totally dead place for family.
