Totally agree with Bhappy's comments. Rents in Doha are high and most people working in Ras Laffan prefer to stay there. QP has a lot of accommodation, just insist on them to provide you with accommodation, their accommodation is often of a high standard than the one you may be able to find yourself with the budget that you have stated. The total package is not too bad if you do not have any children. If you have children then if the school fees are not paid for then this could prove costly.
