Canragaz, I was in the same situation as you, last night. This was my first arabic wedding that I can remember, in all these years of living in Qatar.
If you are used to wearing a suit, do it, as long as you are comfortable. Sit on the floor or sofa which ever you prefer. You will find your office mates, stick with them, they will be able to guide you in the NoNos.
You do not embrace the Groom, you give three pecks on the same cheek(his right), and all the male members of the grooms family, (ie: brother, father, grandfather.) The greeting is Mabrook. and then you can make a comment to the groom in english, if you like.
No gifts
Food is serviced in big trays with a goat in the centre. If food (piece of meat) is throw at you, accept it with a smile, :) If it is a typical arabic wedding, you will be using your fingers to eat.
Enjoy yourself, I did, just follow what your arab colleagues do.
Good to see the sword dance with the fancy costumes.

At the end there is a photo session.
