There is love.. and love marriages in every culture..
not necessarily successful marriages, as love is but one corner stone in a continuing relation.
I have a Friend from the U.A.E, we play Xbox together, and he is getting married late this year, and he loves the girl he is going to marry, whether he know her through the family or an arranged meeting.. that is something else.. but not very different from western practices.
On the other hand the exploitation of love , on the physical side. That I can say.. no .. you cannot have that in the UAE or any Arab country for that matter.
