Do you reckon that AJI usually ONLY takes on applicants with post graduate degrees?

I have spoken to Russell himself, but he never answered that question directly! lol

Secondly, I don't have a degree in journalism, but I have 3 years + experience as a student journalist, and now a freelance print journalist. What are my chances? LOL, slim to none? Bear in mind that my experience is only limited to print/online journalism. Which is essentially my targeted interest, to work on the AJI website or any prospective publications.
